そろそろ空気が乾燥する季節になったので、ニベアのスキンミルクを買ってきました。
この保湿剤の香りには、懐かしい思い出があります。
小、中学生のころ、夕方学校から帰ってきて母に「お腹空いた、何かない？」と聞くと、たいてい
「ちょっと待ち、おにぎり作ったるから」という答えが返ってきました。
そして出てくるおにぎりは、冬のあいだは決まってニベアの香りがしたんです。
「なんかこのおにぎり、ニベアの味やん！」と文句を言っても、「黙って食べ！」と言われておしまい。
おにぎりを握る前に手を洗っても、簡単にはこの香りは取れないんですよね。
だからニベアの香りは、私にとっては１５年前に向こう岸に渡った母が作ってくれた
おにぎりの香りでもあるわけです。
