また特別な場所だけでなく、自宅でもどこでも好きなところでいつでも、祈ることは可能です。
私にとってはスウェットロッヂもそのうちの一つで、立ちこめる水蒸気や、セージ、レモングラスなどの香り、
そして全身で感じるドラムの音など、非日常的な雰囲気の中で祈ることは、様々な気付きを与えてくれます。
私の場合は特に、与えられているすべての物に対する感謝の気持ちが、強く湧いてきます。
