今日、とうとう５４．８ｋｇまで体重が減りました。 去年から比べて、約１５ｋｇ減ったことになります。
体調には全く変化がなく、かえって快調です。 オムロンさんの体脂肪計では、肉体年齢は２６才だそうで。
ひと回り以上若くなった！？
一つ思い当たるのは、便秘気味だったので先月から排泄を補助する食品を摂り始めた事ぐらいですが、
それだけではないような気がしています。
今の知識、精神状態のままで、肉体だけ若くなってくれれば理想的なんですけどね。
